I agree the heads-up was good enough. He should have stopped there. The other quoted from him you example show where he has stepped over the line and makes it clear this is nothing but an attention-grab.

Also, isn't this the same Stroker opening a class action lawsuit against Linden Lab for allowing content theft? Shouldn't he have better things to do than post this nonsense on SLUniverse?

Also in that thread, I love the people who think Stroker is taking up the cause of justice, specifically:

Although I am inclined to believe that last one is sarcasm.

I think he did the correct thing in giving people a head's up on this stolen content being passed around. Where he crossed the line was when he started bandying around names of the 'thieves' and acting hysterical. It's one thing to alert other creators which of their objects have been stolen, another to wantonly list the names of the 'thieves' (who themselves might have had their names stolen) and pretend as if it won't start a witch hunt. To me, that should have been a private matter between Stroker and the accused (IMing them and asking if it was mistaken identity, etc., posting ARs).

What if it was honest mistaken identity? Now, if LL clears them, the community has blacklisted them. After all, they don't hold LL in high regard as it is, I doubt they'd care if LL declared the accused to be innocent. Hell, they'd probably consider it some kind of conspiracy cover-up or more evidence that the Lindens don't care.
